Found this family run business via a google search having previously had a company round for an estimate recommended by my neighbour, but found them to be more businessy as in get in, quote, do you want it done. When Brett visited he was friendly, went through all the options and colours and took he’s time to explain about the shutters and how the colour would look from the outside, in fact he told us to go outside to see if the colour, (we were having white) to make sure it was the correct white as there are different variations in white. How long they would take to arrive and we were under no pressure to order but after having Brett round I knew we would purchase from him because of he’s friendly approachable manner. On the day of fitting 16/04/25 Nathan and he’s accomplice, sorry I cannot remember he’s name came in, took their shoes off, not asked to btw and got straight to work fitting the shutters. They were very friendly and professional and done a fantastic job, cleaned up their mess, took away the packaging and hoovered up.
I would definitely recommend this family run business,

Cannot thank Brett, Maisie & the team enough. Brett came over to chat through things with me and measure up – he was really friendly, answered all my questions and let me make my decisions at my own pace. He was on hand to ask any further questions throughout too. The process of providing virtual images of what our shutters would look like really helped us make our decision. A genuine 5 star experience. From Brett coming to give a quote to the gentleman fitting the shutters. Great communication regarding expected timeline. The shutters are top quality and look stunning in all the rooms. House looks designer with the shutters. Also warmer with privacy my option with the three section opening design. The fitters were two very pleasant and professional guys who were respectful to me and my property. Cleaning up everything as they went along. Could have expected more!

My daughter had her blinds fitted by this company and recommended them to us. Why would I recommend this company you might ask?
1. They listened to my requirements, and presented me with a configuration based on what we wanted.
2. Not only that they provided us with a visual representation of what the blinds would look like – this enabled us to envisage them in our surroundings and making any tweaks we wanted
3. We only signed off what we wanted once both parties were sure of the requirements – no pressure whatsoever
4. Maisie kept us informed every step of the way, from progress on delivery to installation
5. They installation chaps were great, very professional with attention to detail and clearing up after themselves
Its the little things which count too. We love our blinds. Great workmanship at a great price.

Brett was amazing from the start, we had prior appointments and he was our favourite, he was genuine, not pushy and provided an example video with voice over to explain how it would look and work being quite a big window. Brett and his team were brilliant on the day installing the blinds, left not a trace of mess and was really happy with the end result. Absolutely fantastic service. It did though take a while for our blinds to arrive as they came from China. Once they arrived they gave us a date and came and fitted them in a matter of hours. From the salesman and then all the way through to completion was a first class service and I would certainly recommend them to anybody. In fact I have.

Would just like to praise this company. I had my shutters fitted by them 18 months ago.
To cut a long story short I needed my bedroom window shutter removed to have work done to my double glazing. They were very efficient and removed it one day and came back and reinstalled it the next day once my window had been sorted.
I would like to say that Brett, Maisie and Nathan are such lovely people who are very easy to talk too and very efficient.

Brett came out on a weekend to fit around our schedule. Prompt, polite and professional.
Spoke to us as to what we wanted.

Amazing experience with the team. From measuring to giving quotes and adjusting quotes to our needs. Flexible payment options and communication all through the process was hassle free. Incredible service from start to finish and they are a local company too.

The Shutters looks amazing and are just right for giving us privacy while letting the light in. Brett came to measure up and give us a quote and was friendly, polite and knowledgeable and there was no pressure to purchase. The price was competitive and Maisie kept me up to date with an email and when they were in, phoned and booked a time for them to be fitted. Nathan arrived and was friendly, polite and worked quickly to get them installed and cleared up after himself.

We had shutters fitted to two ground floor bay windows. We wanted additional privacy without losing light, as well as a more contemporary look.
We went with this company because as well as being local and competitively priced, it appeared that good customer service was important to them. After an initial online quote to avoid nasty surprises, Brett came to measure up and confirm the price. No pressure at all to sign up, but we did quickly as we felt sure they were the real deal.
Fast forward and our shutters are in and our expectations were not met, they were absolutely exceeded! We are absolutely thrilled with the finished product. Like most houses the window recess was not 100% square, but Brett made sure the shutters fitted neatly and he left both rooms tidy and clean.
I will not hesitate to recommend or use again!
